Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop staff in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee opening/closing routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and engage team members, coach performance, and implement floorset updates and product knowledge to maximize results. Growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and brand awareness.
• Ability to coach others and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through brand awareness.
• Build visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
