Job summary

You will drive sales through product knowledge, visual merchandising, and data-driven decisions while developing a high-performing team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing setting, strong fashion sense, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach others.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines for the store.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and operations.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brand and culture.
