Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with hands-on store operations. You will drive sales through analytical insights, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead daily store activities while coaching team members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment, strong fashion sense, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced retail setting.
