Job summary

The role focuses on leading daily store operations, supervising staff, and maintaining brand presentation across the sales floor and stockroom. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate POS/Register systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
