You will supervise staff, manage openings and closings, train the team, maintain visual displays and handle omni-channel orders, while upholding brand values and contributing to a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
