Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with store operations and people leadership. You will drive sales through analytics, deliver exceptional customer service, and supervise daily store activities.

The role requires strong communication, fashion knowledge, and the ability to coach others in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with leadership to execute visual standards and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Results-driven with strong work ethic and communication skills.
• Ability to coach others and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure service and operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales, and maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and uphold company culture.
