Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management, sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service at a partner-store location.

You will process credit turn-downs and web orders, convert eligible applications into Acima credit customers, and promote Acima's leasing benefits to drive conversions. This is a full-time, hourly role with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Account Management: drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Listening, identifying, and fulfilling all customer needs promptly.
• Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and the application process.
• Closing sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects; report to Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships with retail staff to generate referrals and educate customers.
