Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with account management and sales activities while delivering excellent customer service. You will work with Acima partner stores to process credit turn downs and web orders, promote leasing benefits, and drive conversions in a retail setting.

The role is paid hourly with potential bonuses. 15.5–$18 range would reflect local pay dynamics with monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and in-store channels.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and the application process.
• Convert applications, manage accounts, and collaborate with partner stores.
