Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profits.
• Experience identifying top talent and building a high-performing team.
• Experience creating merchandising strategies and implementing visual changes.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPI achievement.
• Lead sales and coaching to improve opportunities and relationships with customers.
• Create and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
