With 2–4 years of retail management experience, you will support the GM in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and implement merchandising strategies that boost sales while maintaining a positive store culture and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years retail sales experience with management responsibility.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit targets.
• Experience training staff and elevating product knowledge.
• Experience implementing merchandising strategies and visual changes.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs.
• Develop action plans with GM to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead the team in sales generation with a strong customer focus and coaching.
• Create and execute visual and merchandising strategies to boost sales.
• Utilize tools/resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Foster an inclusive, positive work environment and brand passion.
• Assist in building a dynamic team through recruiting and planning for future needs.
• Identify training needs and implement tailored plans with GM.
• Other duties as assigned.
