You will own the business, build an outstanding team, and drive financial and customer satisfaction goals through hands-on leadership, coaching and merchandising.

You will oversee store performance, motivate the team to meet goals, recruit and train staff, implement visual merchandising, and adapt quickly to change.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management in specialty retail or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profits.
• Identify and develop top talent, build and retain a team.
• Experience creating merchandising strategies and visual changes.
• Outstanding communication and critical thinking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and KPIs.
• Lead by example in sales and customer focus, coaching staff.
• Create and execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience with available tools.
• Adapt to change and generate ideas to grow the business.
