Janie and Jack is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to champion the business and guide the team to exceptional results. You will lead with expertise, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to help the team reach goals while delivering a customer-focused, engaging shopping experience.

You will support daily store operations, drive KPIs, and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales. A dynamic leader with strong business acumen will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership with ability to drive KPIs and coaching.
• Experience elevating product knowledge and selling skills.
• Experience training employees and leading by example.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs.
• Develops action plans with General Manager to achieve objectives and timelines.
• Leads the team to meet and exceed hourly, daily, and weekly goals through in-store and omni selling.
• Creates and executes visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and optimize floor plan.
