Janie and Jack is seeking an inspired General Manager to lead our Columbus store team. You will own the business, drive sales and KPI performance, recruit and develop high-performing associates, and create an unrivaled customer-centric experience that reflects our brand.

You will implement merchandising strategies, coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure outstanding store operations while embracing change, diversity, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and profit targets.
• Experience identifying top talent and building teams.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible for nights, weekends, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall store performance and KPIs.
• Lead and coach staff to improve selling opportunities and build relationships.
• Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies.
• Utilize tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Motivate the team to achieve hourly, daily, weekly goals.
• Recruit and develop a dynamic team.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Identify training needs and implement training plans.
