Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Marshfield, MO, seeks a General Manager to lead guest experience and sales excellence. You will coach your team, own store numbers, and drive performance with Every Guest, Every Time.

You’ll recruit and develop the Assistant General Manager, manage scheduling, training, and loss prevention, and champion brand initiatives while building strong relationships with district leadership and peers.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with leadership in a commissions-based environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interview and staffing knowledge.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process and build a strong sales team.
• Develop and mentor the sales team and coach on the sales process.
• Meet monthly sales targets and manage labor, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Review store metrics daily and drive improvements.
• Lead brand advocacy and communicate company objectives.
