Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager in Jacksonville to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, shape store culture, and own sales outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.

You will develop the Assistant General Manager and help them grow into leadership roles, with paid training and a clear path for career advancement within Victra.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail sales with leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing commissions-based sales teams.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop high-performing teams.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent requirement.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training to help your team exceed sales and service objectives.
• Own store numbers, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
