Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a General Manager to lead guest experiences and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced wireless retail setting. You will coach the team, own sales targets, and manage budgeting and reporting to run the store like a business.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager and participate in weekly leadership calls, ensuring Every Guest, Every Time service excellence and strong operational execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Talent management — Selecting, hiring, and developing talent; build, develop and mentor your sales team.
• Own the store's numbers; take ownership of sales performance and store metrics.
• Mentor the Assistant General Manager and lead weekly leadership calls.
• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting on store performance and outcomes.
• Lead the store as a business, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
