Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a General Manager to lead a busy retail store, shaping guest experience and exceeding sales targets while maintaining operations. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and drive two tracks: frontline results and business-like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will own talent management, customer-focused solutions, and strategic leadership, acting as brand advocate and leading cross-functional store initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and reinforce the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Take personal ownership of store's overall sales performance and metrics.
• Ensure employees meet defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
• Own store success including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Keep score daily by reviewing key sales and operational metrics and adjust before gaps.
