Job summary

Swig is seeking a General Manager in Austin to lead daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will manage staffing, training, opening/closing tasks, and safety compliance while driving sales and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, oversee inventory and deposits, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. Strong restaurant leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring needs, interview candidates, and complete hiring processes per guidelines.
• Train staff on Swig policies, mentor for continuous improvement, and document performance.
