Job summary

Swig is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure quality food and service, and support a high-energy team. You will train staff, oversee hiring, and uphold Swig’s standards for guest satisfaction.

A strong leader with restaurant experience is preferred, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment is essential. Responsibilities include overseeing brand execution, managing deposits, and coordinating with the team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store execution of Swig brand standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer service matters and guest experiences.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff to uphold brand values.
• Manage deposits, inventory, and loss-prevention measures.
• Support to-go and delivery operations and ensure accuracy.
