Job summary

Swig is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, uphold quality, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and manage scheduling, inventory, and deposits with a focus on safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and mentoring, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment, and coordinating with the team to meet Swig’s standards. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Have a food handler's permit and reliable transportation.
• Regular, predictable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of Swig brand and standards.
• Lead staff, train, and develop team.
• Ensure food, drink, and service quality.
• Handle hiring process and onboarding.
• Manage deposits and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support to-go and delivery orders.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
