Job summary

Swig is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure the highest quality in food, service, and cleanliness. You’ll train staff, manage hiring, and act as the primary contact for customer service to create a memorable guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant leadership is a plus, with opportunities for growth and a positive, family‑like team

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler's permit and reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule and regular attendance are essential.
• 16 years of age or older; restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain Swig’s standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead and train staff, conduct interviews, and support hiring processes per guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for guests.
• Manage opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and deposits.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food rotation across procedures.
