Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and drive profitable growth. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to deliver the brand vision in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach teams, manage the P&L, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while promoting inclusivity and community engagement. Travel and flexible scheduling are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results and coach teams.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet profitability targets and KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to optimize staffing and labor costs.
• Manage store budget and P&L to drive growth.
• Build productive teams through recruiting, selecting and developing people.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience and brand standards.
• Implement SOPs and initiatives; promote inclusivity and equity.
