Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store and drive profitable growth. You will translate brand vision into the in-store experience, coach staff, manage merchandising and operations, and ensure a best-in-class customer journey.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership and a college degree where possible, with flexibility for travel and shifts. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and team development while upholding company standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results and drives KPIs with the leadership team.
