Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will ensure the store hits key metrics and translates brand vision into in-store action, driving profitable sales across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development.

You will coach behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, manage operations, and maintain an inclusive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach performance and provide feedback to the team.
• Lead the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.

Education

College degree preferred
