Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive profitable sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will align brand vision with daily operations, coaching staff to execute merchandising, operations, and service excellence.

You will manage budgets, forecast staffing, and develop talent to meet growth goals while maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Ability to manage store budget and P&L.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results and drives KPIs with leadership team.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget to support P&L and daily operations.
• Builds high-performing teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Leads implementation of SOPs and brand initiatives.
• Promotes an inclusive environment and community involvement.
• Ensures all compliance standards are met.
