Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead store teams toward a profitable business plan and customer-centric experience. You’ll drive sales, merchandising, product operations, and talent development while coaching teams to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. This role embodies the brand’s inclusive, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and drive KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manage store budget for daily operations supporting the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing and development.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
• Promote inclusive environment and brand representation.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
