Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will translate brand vision into in-store actions, drive sales, merchandising, operations, and talent development to create a best-in-class customer experience.

You will analyze results, forecast demand, manage budgets, and build strong teams through selection and development, while promoting a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and drive KPIs with the leadership team.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget and daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
• Coach and train to build capabilities and ensure SOPs and initiatives are followed.
