Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail leadership or store management.
• Experience managing P&L and store budgets.
• Strong coaching and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage daily store operations and budget in support of the P&L.
