Job summary

Old Navy in Atlanta, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team, drive profitable sales, and translate brand vision into store reality. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, teaching and coaching to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

This role requires building a strong team, managing budgets, and upholding brand standards to create an engaging, inclusive shopping environment for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading teams.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store results and partner with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast demand and create staff schedules for profitability.
• Manage daily store operations and budget to support P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through selection and training.
• Coach and give feedback to improve performance.
• Lead SOP adoption and implement brand initiatives.
• Create an inclusive, high-energy store culture.
• Drive omni-channel customer experience across service touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
