Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team and translate the brand vision into day-to-day operations. You will drive profitable sales growth through Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

With 3–5 years of retail leadership and a college degree, you will coach staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
