You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, mentor your Assistant GM, and lead store operations to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience hiring, developing, and mentoring staff.
• Comfort with a commissions-based sales environment.
• Strong interview and staffing knowledge.
