Our General Managers exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. With our paid training, we give you the tools to embrace and take ownership of your store. You will develop your Assistant General Manager and lead store initiatives, training, and scheduling to meet monthly

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team and reinforce our sales process.
• Own store numbers and ensure monthly targets are met with timely training.
• Deliver complete guest solutions and manage escalations for timely resolutions.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and share best practices with peers.
• Champion new tools and initiatives and drive traffic to the store.
• Engage in sales strategy and provide regular sales reports.
