Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the U.S., seeks a General Manager to drive guest experience and optimize store performance. You will coach the team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and own both sales results and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment with leadership responsibility.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for the store and build a high-performing team.
• Develop and mentor the sales staff and coach on the sales process.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales and service objectives.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
