Fresh Dining Concepts (FDC) is seeking experienced, driven, and people-focused Jamba General Managers to lead our stores and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for store operations, team development, sales performance, and execution of brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience.
• Direct P&L responsibility or oversight is required.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily store operations and guest interactions.
• Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction are met.
• Address guest feedback professionally and promptly.
