Fresh Dining Concepts is seeking a Jamba General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role focuses on team development, brand alignment, and financial performance.

You will manage a diverse team, uphold brand standards, and operate in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality products and service for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or restaurant environments.
• Current ServSafe certification required or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service and team performance.
• Oversee daily store operations including food prep and guest interactions.
• Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability across the store.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure brand standards.
