Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts LLC seeks an experienced Jamba Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, guest experience, and sales growth. This hands-on role supports the General Manager and develops a high-performing team of Team Members and Shift Supervisors to deliver brand standards.

You'll drive daily operations, ensure quality, manage costs, and foster a guest-first culture in a fast-paced setting, while modeling exceptional service and accountability across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Current ServSafe certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service.
• Support daily store operations, including food preparation and guest interactions.
• Assist in driving sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Support inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls.
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with the General Manager, regional leaders, and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met.
