Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
• Current ServSafe certification required or able to obtain within 30 days
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service and store operations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and brand standards execution
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage inventory, food, labor cost controls
• Partner with regional and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met
