Fresh Dining Concepts (FDC) is seeking experienced, driven Jamba Assistant General Managers to help lead our stores and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role that supports store operations, team development, sales performance, and execution of brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience supporting sales, labor, or food cost goals preferred.
• Current ServSafe certification required, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service.
• Support daily store operations, including food preparation and guest interactions.
• Assist in driving sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Support inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls.
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with the General Manager, regional leaders, and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met.
