Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager to drive a dynamic guest experience and lead a store team to deliver high-performance results in a competitive retail environment.

You will coach your Assistant General Manager, manage budgeting and forecasting, and participate in weekly sales leadership calls while promoting Victra's brand values and customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• High school diploma or GED
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent — a General Manager's most important decision
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help your team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees' work-related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention
• Keep score daily — review your store's key sales and operational metrics every day, not just at month-end
