Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager to drive sales results while managing store operations. You will coach and develop the team, own budgeting and forecasting, and act as a brand advocate to deliver Every Guest, Every Time.

Your leadership will shape guest experience and coach the Assistant General Manager, with a focus on high performance, profitability, and adherence to Victra standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent management—selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Own store numbers and reporting; take ownership of sales and operational metrics.
• Mentor and develop the Assistant General Manager and leadership team.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on store performance.
• Set the tone for customer engagement: greeting guests and delivering complete solutions.
