You’ll drive daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and inventory control to achieve excellence.

You’ll analyze KPIs, uphold brand standards and food safety, manage cash and inventory, and develop local marketing plans. A customer‑first attitude and hands‑on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in restaurant or retail customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and energy for working with people.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to connect with customers.
• Bias toward action and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use daily tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash/Deposit logs, and scheduling/inventory tools for operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory and shipments.
• Review store KPIs to identify issues and opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety guidelines are followed by all team members.
• Promote brand standards in line with company vision and ensure store appearance.
• Drive company programs through action planning and inspire the team.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach to support brand initiatives.
• Recognize and reinforce achievements using existing tools and feel-free to create new recognition methods.
