Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail/customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead store team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Use daily operations tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities; adjust accordingly.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines by all team members.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance per Smoothie King guidelines.
• Drive store programs and local marketing to support brand initiatives.
• Recognize team achievements using existing tools and new methods.
