Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager in Macon, GA to lead store performance and coach a team to meet company goals. You will drive sales, ensure compliant operations, and maintain security and cash handling standards.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage weekend hours in a fast-paced retail/financial environment. Full‑time, in-person position with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, or customer service.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Ability to work with phone, POS, MS Office and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required, with results considered per law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop all store Team Members to build new business and maintain profitability.
• Train Team Members on systems, policies, compliance, account management, recovery, and daily performance reports.
• Manage store performance and KPIs; track and analyze performance reports.
