Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Loganville, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, uphold compliance, and deliver world‑class customer service. You’ll supervise staff, manage store performance, and build loyalty through local outreach.

This full‑time, in‑person role offers $19.25 hourly pay with performance bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, training, and opportunities to move across our eleven brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and MS Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama) and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow store revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk.
• Maintain compliance with laws and audits.
• Oversee cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet needs.
• Ensure clean store appearance and marketing materials.
• Maintain in-person attendance and weekend coverage.
