Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a results-driven General Manager for Warner Robins, GA. You’ll lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance and high customer service standards.

You will manage scheduling, staff development, and local marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on risk management, cash handling, and store presentation. This is a high-impact leadership role within a nationwide finance retailer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, service or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Background check required and compliance-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance to meet or exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team; drive growth and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to boost referrals.
• Review loan/pawn applications and assess risk within policy limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and laws.
• Oversee cash handling, loss prevention, and daily security checks.
• Open/close procedures and train staff for keyholder duties.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain store appearance, planogram adherence, and marketing displays.
• Perform on-site tasks such as vehicle appraisals and external marketing as needed.
• Maintain a 40+ hour weekly on-site schedule.
