Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance and meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow revenue and ensure compliance.
• Lead local marketing and community events to drive growth.
• Oversee loan/pawn transactions, risk management, and audits.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, cash handling, and loss prevention.
