Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed Company standards.
• Lead and develop team to grow business and revenue.
• Identify and implement local marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications and related transactions within risk limits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and laws; assist with audits and compliance.
