Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and hands-on employee management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience, including Profit and Loss management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss, store-level sales and financial results.
• Lead store operations and develop the team to deliver Whirl’d Class Service.
• Train, coach, and discipline team members and shift managers.
• Execute store plans and regional/company initiatives and monitor progress.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Develop community relations through marketing and events.
