Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts is seeking an experienced Jamba General Manager to lead our Minnetonka stores and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role oversees operations, team development, sales performance, and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation and guest interactions.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Partner with regional and corporate leaders to ensure brand standards are met.
