Job summary

Jamba Juice in Layton, Utah, is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage the team. You will oversee P&L, ensure brand standards, and foster a guest-focused, high-energy culture.

As a GM, you’ll supervise 1 to 25 team members, schedule shifts, and promote from within through leadership training and incentives. Join a family-owned franchise focused on healthy beverages and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality/restaurant management a plus.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record; valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 20–40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shift.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and balance daily sales with P&L responsibilities.
• Supervise Shift Managers and staff, maintaining brand standards.
• Lead with customer-service excellence and a team-first culture.
• Create and manage weekly schedules to match store needs.
